This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from our own site.

Like any web server, our host (GitHub Pages) records technical data such as your IP address when you open a page, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Booking

The availability calendar on the Book page is provided by Hostaway, our booking software. It only loads when you scroll to it. When you check dates or book, your data is processed by Hostaway to handle the reservation. See the Hostaway privacy policy.

Email and phone

If you write to us or call us, we use your details only to answer you and to organise your stay.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to us at the email address in the footer. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
